Free delivery area  : standard delivery is FREE to most areas and takes 2-3 working days  (M-F, between 8am to 5.30pm) once the order is paid (cleared funds). If you require a faster delivery service please contact our office and we can advise options available for your area.

Outside free delivery area :  The following areas are outside the FREE DELIVERY zone - please call our office for the surcharge applicable - this can vary considerably so its important you contact our office first before making your purchase

Deliver method

• Deliveries are made by a 3rd party transport company using a tail-lift and hand-operated pump truck NOT by a vehicle with a crane.
• Deliveries can only be to the kerb-side or a driveway if circumstances allow. The lorry is typically 30ft long (approx size of a large fire engine).
• We cannot off-load onto gravel or loose areas, steep slopes or soil areas.
