Q : Are your items rejects?
A : No. As we buy our products in bulk we can pass on these savings directly to our customers.
Q : Can I order a sample?
A : Yes. Details of samples are detailed within each listing. If you need assistance, please contact us.
Q : Does the final price include VAT ?
A : Yes. The price includes VAT. We will issue a VAT invoice upon request.
Q : Can I speak to someone about products, payments and delivery?
A : Yes. Just call 01525 600 120 or email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org, we are open M-F between 9.00am to 4.30pm. A weekend option may be available– contact us to discuss, we will try and accommodate.
Q : Can I visit you to view the product?
A : Yes you are welcome to visit us, please contact us to arrange a visit as we prefer to operate on a pre-arranged appointment basis. We do this to minimise the risk of customers being on site whilst fork-lifts and lorries are in operation.
Q : What about payment and delivery ?
A : Once funds are cleared, it normally takes 3-4 working days to receive your order. If you don’t want such a quick delivery we are happy to delay despatch, just contact us for details.
Q : How close to the actual colour of the product are the pictures?
A : The pictures are as close to the actual product as digital photography and individual monitors will allow. Please request a sample to be assured before making your purchase if in doubt.
