DELIVERY & RETURNS

SHIPPING

Delivery will be undertaken by a 3rd party logistics company on a tail-lift vehicle using a manual pallet truck to unload. This method relies on hard-standing ground and the order will be left at the nearest convenient access point to the property. A video of this type of delivery is generally shown on all listings.

Receiving your order

Please sign the paperwork marking it clearly with the phrase "UNCHECKED FOR DAMAGES”. We are not able to pursue any claims if the paperwork is not marked as such. Although every effort is made to get the stone to you in perfect condition, with it being a natural product the breakages can occur and therefore the first 4% of any damage / breakages sustained is not covered.

If it is above this amount, then please email detailed pictures evidencing the scale of the damages within 48hrs of receipt and we will refund on the meterage. Replacements are not sent unless the nature of the damage is excessive, typically this would be 30% (i.e. due to crate being dropped, mechanical impact etc.)

We welcome collections to ensure this is undertaken safely we request all collections to be booked in and customers to arrive in a suitable vehicle - as most orders have to be fork-lifted on due to the weight.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Goods Delivered To You

If you buy a product which we deliver to you, you may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before delivery or within 7 days after delivery by getting in contact with us, either by phone or email.

This is subject to the following conditions:

  • • The product must be unused, as new, in saleable condition and returned in the original product packaging. Please note only full packs can be returned. Bags of cementitious products i.e. adhesive, grout etc., cannot be returned as they are a perishable item.
  • You will receive a full refund of the price paid less relevant collection and re-stocking charges.
